Quincy's Optimist Club's Annual Super Kids Race Day is all about the kids!
The Quincy Optimist Club allows children with special needs to race with a buddy driver. All the buddy racers are volunteers.
For the past eight years, the club has held the Super Kids Race the day prior to the Quincy Optimist Soap Box Derby.
The past 3 years, the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired has brought over some local as well as the participants from our Summer Camp. The priceless experience has been unbelievable. For more information, visit quincyderby.com
